Our three-part course is designed to help you prepare for your next nature and hiking trip whether you're a first-time traveler, have attended a Ma’wa trip before, or have some experience exploring the outdoors. We’ll be sharing crucial tips on packing, planning, and training advice for a variety of outdoor experiences (everything from cabin trip in the Poconos to a backpacking trip in the Sierras).

Our one-hour live course will share everything you need to know to select proper gear, clothes, and adequately train for long-distance hiking trips and high-altitude summits. International Expeditions

We recently announced our first big summit for Ma’wa members: we are taking a group of 8 women on a 7 day expedition to reach the roof of Africa!
