Over the first 10 months we’ve organized 8 group trips across 4 states. Over the first two months of 2024, we’ve organized 5 group trips including two new states AND introduced our FIRST international travels 🛫͙֒

Trip Recaps

Santa Barbara Glamping Trip

In January, we hosted a three day glamping trip along the California coast near Santa Barbara, CA. We had 24 girls came together from California, Arizona, and Detroit to hike, stargaze, and enjoy the outdoors together.

We’re thrilled to have collaborated with Miranda Oakley on this clinic, we had 5 girls join our small group course in Joshua Tree and in addition to day event we had an evening screening of Resistance Climbing to raise money and awareness about the crisis in Gaza and raised $1500 Alhamdulillah.

Testimonials and Reflections

Marwat A. (previous attendee on our Colorado and Santa Barbara trips 🍁🌊) shares:

Camping is the closest we are to the golden prophetic days of Muhammad (PBU) and his companions. To surround ourselves with the dancing trees that clear our lungs, the clear skies that help us feel the stars are within reach, and the beautiful humming birds that flock over our shivering bodies as we pray Fajr outside. The one thing I’ll always remember from these trips is how we always centered Allah in everything that we saw, touched and heard. A very rare experience.. but one that is much needed to feed our city pampered souls. Alhamdulliah, could not have asked for more.”

Final Remarks

I want to thank you all again for your continued support and excitement as our community is growing! Every single trip we feel like there is so much barakah (blessings) in our gatherings, may Allah SWT keep us reunited in this life and the next 🤲 there is a lot going on behind the scenes and we’re excited to see both this community (and the team behind it) growing immensely over the next few months inshAllah! I appreciate your patience through the growing pains we encounter as we strive to organize more trips and adventures in 2024, please keep us in your duas and we hope to see you all out there soon inshaAllah 🌻

With love, Nadah Feteih
